How to decrypt ebook, used sample encryption.xml

Dear developers,

I am new to EPUB3 ebooks and trying to apply LCP for ebooks. I have used sample encryption.xml from http://www.idpf.org/epub/301/spec/epub-ocf.html#app-schema-encryption.

From this the file is encrypted and giving expected result if someone try to open in a reader. Please guide me, what is the correct way to decrypt the the epub? How can I open EPUB that contains encryption.xml.

I am also curious about this question as a lot of writers from http://hireessaywriter.org/ like to read ebooks in order to enlarge their world view. By the way, they're really good at writing various types of papers.
