IDPF Seminar: EPUB and the Open Web Platform for Publishers (Nov. 30, New Delhi)
On Saturday, November 30, 2013, New Delhi will be the venue for an IDPF technical seminar on EPUB and the Open Web Platform for Publishers. Hosted by Adobe Systems at their Noida campus, the all-day event (9:00am-17:00pm) will cover the latest developments in EPUB 3, HTML5, and the Open Web Platform, aiming to give senior leaders and technologists at publishers and solution providers the information they need to know to efficiently create and distribute eBooks and other digital publications. Speakers include senior leaders at IDPF, DAISY, W3C, Adobe, the National Book Trust, Aptara, and O'Reilly Media who will cover the latest technical developments and showcase powerful tools and emerging best practices in the fast-evolving digital publishing industry. The seminar is co-sponsored by W3C, DAISY Consortium, the National Book Trust, India, and the Federation of Indian Publishers (FIP).
