Need help decoding the epub validator

I have some (very old) experience with CSS and epubs, but obviously I've gotten way behind in coding technology. I used IDPF's Epub Validator, but I don't know how to interpret the results, or how to fix them.

This epub was exported from InDesign, then reformatted using Calibre.

I'd appreciate any help you can give me. Thanks so much!

'epub:type' - are you sure, you defined the namespace-prefix relation for the prefix epub?

'Referenced resource could not be found in the EPUB' - there seems to miss some file referenced in this line - find the line and identify, which file is missing, add it to the book.

'Non-standard image resource of type application/xhtml+xml' - sounds like you accidently referenced an XHTML file as image or you set the document type for an image wrong in the OPF-document.
Fix this by removing the reference or reference an image format like image/svg+xml, image/png, image/jpeg, image/gif, respectively note the correct type information for the image.
