Spread display

So, in an EPUB3 with

<meta property="rendition:spread">landscape</meta>
<meta property="rendition:orientation">auto</meta>

in Readium, it should open to a two-page spread, no? But I can only get it to display as two-page spread if I go to the settings and manually choose "Double pages". Is that a bug?

Also, is there anyway to keep Readium from displaying the faux binding shadow?
