Hello,
if i open my epub3 in readium it will show the page 1&2 on the first spread (if i enable the spreadview by hand in readium), which is different from iBooks where it will show page 1 on a single spread and then starting the spreads with page 2&3 (which i would expect as i did set page 1 to "cover" and page 2 to "text" in the OPF and to "cover" and "bodymatter" in the landmarks section of the toc).
ow something strange happens if i add a "com.apple.ibooks.display-options.xml" file (which is now obolete in iBooks, all options are in the OPF) with the following text:
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
<display_options>
<platform name="*">
<option name="fixed-layout">true</option>
</platform>
</display_options>
Readium now displays the first page on its own and starts building spreads with page 2 & 3 - thats some strange behavior - and leaves me with no choice but to include a file i wanted to get rid of (the "com.apple.ibooks.display-options.xml"), because it made no sense to include it anylonger...
Thats a bug, a feature, or what?
Thank you very much!
Cheers
