Issues with Windows SDK

I'm by no means a c++ expert, but I should not be having these kinds of issues compiling the windows SDK. I didn't have issues with the Android SDK, or the JS version.

I know it asks for VS C++ 2012 and I have 2013, but it should still build. The problem I get is that it starts to complain about missing files. ref_counter.h as an example.

Is their a already build .dll or .lib file. Is there any kind of guide or something for Windows.

Any help will be appreciated.

The Windows version of the SDK has lagged - primarily because we didn't have anyone who wanted to work on it (we are an open-source organization). Do you? Please contact me directly at rkwright@readium.org. Thanks.
